Changing Your Order
You’ve changed your mind, have you? Or you can’t stop thinking you should have ordered the yellow iris instead of the blue one? No problem, we’re here to help! If we haven’t processed your order yet and the new iris you’d like to have is still available, we can change your order at no extra fee. Aside from the fact, there is no change in price. In that case, we kindly ask you to cover the difference. And naturally, we’ll refund the difference if the case may be.
Canceling Your Order
We understand that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances which may affect decisions previously made. For whatever reason you may have and need to cancel your order, we are willing to work with you. We simply ask that you remain respectful and inform us as soon as possible per email (email@example.com). If in the event, we have already processed your order, we can still cancel at your request and issue a refund. However, we will withhold a 15% cancellation fee based on your order’s value for replanting and administration costs.
